Event Description:

Two races to choose from at registration; details below. You may enter as an individual or a 2-3 person team. TRAIL RUN/MOUNTAIN BIKE/TRAIL RUN:  Run 3ish (TBD) miles on an easy to moderate difficulty dirt trail through scenic woods, over wooden bridges with glimpses of the lake. Ups and downs, no long climbs but some short “rude’ ones for certain. Then grab your mountain bike from transition to ride 6 'ish (TBD) miles on easy to moderate dirt trail. Out of T2 you will run the same gorgeous 3 'ish miles again on the dirt trail back to a fun packed finish line! TRAIL RUN/ROAD BIKE/TRAIL RUN:  Run 3 'ish (TBD) miles on an easy to moderate difficulty dirt trail through scenic woods, over wooden bridges with glimpses of the lake. Ups and downs, no long climbs but some short “rude’ ones for certain. Then grab your road bike from transition to ride 15 miles (TBD). Your heart rate will climb quickly because, well there is a steep climb fairly quick out of T1. Ride through a scenic neighborhood before getting out to the countryside. Once back to T2, you will run the 3ish mile dirt trail again, a little different route than first time, back to a fun packed finish line!

You will not be able to be dropped off at Lake Atalanta race morning. There is no participant parking at Lake Atalanta Race morning. All parking will be in downtown Rogers to the west of the lake (0.7 miles away) or at the Rail Park (0.6 miles away). Access to the Lake Atalanta Park from the Rail Park is via a flat concrete paved trail making it very easy for your friends and family to also access the park from there.
